Message	As soon as you show up you must be allowed to claim your property. Individuals do not have the right to detain the property of another without a court order. Only the civil authorities have that power as in when a cop issues a citation pursuant to a city ordinace that authorizes a city authorized towing company to grab a car and take it to a city authorized impoundment lot.
